Our auction rooms are based in a local historical art deco building in the centre of St Annes, overlooking Ashton Gardens. Gerrards is located directly next door to multi-storey car park (NCP) on St George's Rd so there is no problem with parking. Parking rates are £1.50 for up to 3 hours and £2.50 for up to 24 hours.
